Mental Health in the Muslim Community
Mental Health Wellness and Self-Care are Important
At GHCS we understand that cultural identity shapes who you are and how you approach mental health. Finding a therapist that understands the Muslim religion and is empathetic to the unique needs and background is vital to receiving quality mental health care. We understand that this is crucial in developing a therapeutic relationship that will enable to you to explore your mental health and make strides towards a stronger you.
In finding a therapist that understands your faith, you can work together to define goals within your value system and work towards improving your mental health.
