Monica Alexander is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Masters in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. 

​Monica has experience in working with adults, and children (8yr and older). She enjoys individual and group settings. She is a person-centered counselor who enjoys utilizing many techniques to help goals to be reached. She also sees wisdom in the wellness approach to living.

In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and reading. She has also discovered a new enjoyment in cooking.
