Kiara Meade, MA, is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who is under the supervision of Christina Runnels, MA, LPC-S, LCDC. She received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies-Mathematics from Texas State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She has worked in public education a little over a decade in both the elementary and secondary settings. She is currently a school counselor at an elementary school.
There are times in our lives when we need a little push or we may need someone to just listen. Kiara's hope is to make sure clients feel seen, heard and valued by building rapport and encouraging vulnerability and transparency. She works with issues such as anxiety, depression, and personal growth by pulling from a varied level of therapies including Person-Centered Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. Kiara is passionate about encouraging others to discover their purpose and live authentic lives. There are times we need support putting the pieces together from our lives. If you need help with healing from past hurts, resolving childhood trauma, building your self-esteem or setting boundaries, she is here to walk alongside you on that journey so that you can live an authentic and fulfilling life. |
