Christina Runnels, MA, LPC-S, LCDC, PMH-C is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also graduated from University of Houston-Victoria with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Professional Counseling.
She enjoys helping pregnant and new Moms bond with their baby, work through infertility, postpartum issues, birth trauma and adjustment to motherhood. She also provides support with attachment issues, LGTBQ needs and provides sex therapy. Her passion is working with families and couples. Her therapeutic style is considered eclectic and tailored to each client. She also enjoys providing clinical supervision to Associate-level clinicians as well as coaching clinicians in growing their own private practice (www.privatepracticediy.com). When Christina is not working with clients she enjoys traveling with her family, reading psych thrillers and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Christina's goal is to help you and your family find solutions and move forward into happiness. |
