Hello, I’m Stephanie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Christina Runnels LPC-S, LCDC, PMH-C. I understand that choosing a therapist for yourself or a member of your family can be a difficult decision. It takes strength and courage to say, "I need help". My desire is to create a safe and empowering space that promotes personal growth and positive change.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Southern New Hampshire University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring each treatment approach to the uniqueness and strengths of the client. Additionally, I incorporate various evidence-based components of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.   

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and couples to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family changes, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and issues around self-esteem and self-worth. As we work together, we will set and achieve goals that will help you flourish and build the life you want and deserve!   ​
